I prefer working with safe languages, like TypeScript, however I am able to work on non type-safe if required. Socl.gg is a platform for creating and sharing biolinks. We currently serve over 200 users. I work on the backend & frontend of the platform, written in TypeScript, using Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. This project requires me to write scalable and performant code, as well as to work with a large codebase.

Developed a multi-account management platform consolidating user access and communication workflows for a SaaS client. Designed and implemented role-based access control features to securely limit employee permissions within client organizations. Engineered a custom real-time event notification system and integrated third-party WebSocket services to provide immediate platform updates. Maintained strict confidentiality in accordance with contractual agreements.

Noratek Solutions offers a broad portfolio of IT services for small and medium businesses as well as large corporate organizations. As an IT Assistant, I answered help-desk tickets and provided remote technical support for over 100 clients. I developed PowerShell scripts to enhance security and automate repetitive tasks, while also building and repairing client computers. Additionally, I engineered and implemented network infrastructure solutions for clients. I left Noratek to continue my education at the College of New Caledonia.

I attended the Computer Network Electronic Technician program at College of New Caledonia from 2022 until 2023. This program is a 1 year certificate course that teaches about networking, cybersecurity, and general computers. In this program I was trained on the following certificates: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, and Customer Service. I finished the program with a 4.0 GPA.
